Wanna know what to do with those rib tips?

Thanks for the Pics, The Ribs and Tips Are Mouth watering!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess thats why I never take Pics of my Dishes, Mine don't come out nearly that nice!!!!!

Those look great! We have a local BBQ joint that sells rib tips. They call them "Trash Ribs" and they always sell out before the spares and pulled pork.
 
Inspired by this post I took advantage of the .99 a pound sale on rib tips at Superior Grocers and walked out with 30 pounds of rib tips! Too bad the weather is so crummy and I have to work a funeral tomorrow or else the smoker would be fired up in the morning.

Yeah most BBQ joints around here sell'em too.
 
After reading this I started to check local grocery stories for these. I found than at shaws for $2.50/lb and they were previously frozen. After seeing some people pay .99/lb. I was pissed shaws had them for so much so passed on price and the fact that I could not freeze them again.
