I had some leftover loin chops from this cook http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=149593 And decided I could make a killer sandwich out of the leftovers. So I sliced the chops as this as possible and;

Thanks all, this really turned out great, the hot griddle and the 10# weight put a nice crust and press on it. The only thing I will change for next time, is not so many briquettes to start out with, the griddle was screaming hot and I had to wait forever for it to cool down.
