Here is the first cook on my leaky ECB, farkin thing took almost 12hrs! Pretty bad for only a 6#er! Temps were up & down all day long. Many mods are in order, the only thing I did before I cooked was drill the fark out of the charcoal pan, tried to seal the door up a little better with some HD foil. Basically did Chris Lillys injection with some of my rub as well. Hope to get all the leaks taken care of & hopefully get a decent thermometer for Christmas & give something a go for New Years.

Thanks for looking & if anyone has any suggestions for sealing it up, I'm open for any ideas.
