Prepare now, join the Kansas City Barbecue Society and become a Certified KCBS Judge. Kansas City Barbeque Society representatives Linda and Jerry Mullane will take you through the steps needed to judge the various categories of barbeque meat entries. Lunch will be provided from the meats that are judged. Once certified, you will be able to judge at any KCBS contest around the country, including our Hudson Valley RibFest in August of 2010.

FEE: $50 for current KCBS members
$90 for non-KCBS members, which includes a 1-year KCBS Membership
