What are you guys planning for the Super Bowl?

50+ lbs. of Dungeness Crab, crab cakes, some Balitimore regional beef sammies (I am using brisket instead of top round), Peking duck, Shrimp Cocktail, clam chowder, etc. Catering a superbowl party :grin:
 
7lb butt (first one) a few racks of pork ribs, a few beer chickens and maybe a duck if I can find one. Will only be 10-18 ppl... probably overkill...hah oh well.

Get all the dungeness you can now. Season is winding down man.
 
IMHO, the super bowl has already been played. Aggies won, Sooners lost. But I will smoke, grill, boil, fry-OK, not fry.
