Loaded Baked Potato with Pulled Pork and Captain Ron’s Famous Apple Slaw!
We do stuffed potatoes fairly often, but most of the time we use taco ingredients. This time we decided to use leftover competition pork and my apple slaw.
To start, I tossed a couple of russet potatoes onto the Saber. I cooked them indirect for about an hour while I made the slaw.
Once the potatoes were done I split them and opened them up for stuffing. The inside was nice and fluffy.
I stuffed the potatoes with a generous helping of pork, and then topped that with apple slaw and a drizzle of sauce.
