Good ole Apple pie.
BE careful with this stuff it has been know to make panties slide smooth off:becky:
1 qrt jar White dog ( Everclear will work in a pinch)
1 gal Apple juice
1 gal apple cider
9 cinnamon sticks
3 cup sugar
4 large Granny smith apples cut in to 9 pieces
In a BOP( Big old Pot) mix the cider , Juice cinnamon sticks and sugar. bring to a low simmer for 30 min and allow to cool . put the cinnamon sticks and apple chunks in qrt jars add the WD to the juice mixture and pour into the jars let is sit fer 2 weeks

Here are two from Facebook. They look like ones I have seen.
1 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon apple cider
1 1/3 cup sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
Combine, bring to a boil, allow to cool
Add 1/2 liter of Everclear or other clear corn whiskey. (More to suit your taste)
Strain through cheesecloth or paper towels into mason jars or other container.
2 gallons apple juice
2 gallons apple cider
1 can thing of cinnamon stickes
Now start warming it up. When it reaches about 100 degrees add
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 cups light brown sugar
Keep cooking and stiring every now and then.
Add a few dashes of cinnamon powder. Not alot.
Cook until it starts to boil, around 225 should be enough.
Now let it cool.
What i do to speed this up is grab one of thoose big round cooler buckets/tubes you would put a keg or somthing in. Add alot of ice, water, and some salt. Now put the tank of mix into to let it cool faster.
One cooled to around 100 degrees you will now add the alcohol
1.75 litre of Absolute Vodka (the big bottle)
1.5 litre of Ever Clear Vodka.....or less if you want it a little weak.

SO I can tell it from the Aged on oak stuff and the Schnapps besides chicks like fruity drinks

Bludawg u have a measurment on the Everclear? I would guess, but the label says over consumption can kill u :shock:. I'd hate for the women to die before they get there panties off :grin:

It will keep for a few thousand yrs alcohol is a preservative and shelf stable. The longer it sits the better the flavor.

1 crushed nutmeg
pinch of salt
pinch of cayenne
pinch of white pepper
pinch cardamom
Plenty of aspirin (for the next day)
