Chicken is the meat I struggle with the most. SM fans, appreciate your recommendations here as well.
 
Yardbird is my favorite. Just did some tonight using Dizzy Pigs Tsunami Spin, big fan of that too, though I normally use that on salmon.

I put Montreal steak seasoning in a coffee grinder and use that. It completely changes the flavor of the seasoning. If you read this I will have no choice but to make sure you take a dirt nap. :fencing:
 
I like Plowboy's Yardbird and Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Firewalk.

Occasionally, I'll use McCormick's Montreal Chicken seasoning, too.
