Best quote on here I have ever seen regarding food is that it doesn't matter what the grade of meat is, if you don't know how to cook it, it doesn't matter. That's why if you look at a team like Iowa's Smokey D's for example. They can fly into a city, hit Sam's Club and borrow smokers and still win from one end of the country to another.
