Not for the meat categories, surely?
One concern would be that once the door is opened for
anything except self-publishing by the individual cook, "confusion" could come about and a meat presentation becomes fodder for open discussion/distribution.
Sure, lots of cooks self-publish. But as it stands, there is still a choice.
