2018 KCBS top 10 TOY, 2014 & 2015 NEBS TOY Champion
31 Grand Championships, 19 Reserve Grand Championships,
Over 135 Overall Top 10’s & 400 Category Top 10’s
This is a “Tell All” nothing held back BBQ competition school, which will include:
Cooking on a Humphreys Smoker • Meat selection and trimming • Fire/pit management and smoke wood selection • Technique, strategy and judging • Comprehensive KCBS Timeline • Flavor profiles, rubs, sauces and injections • Presentation(box building) • Taste and Tenderness
Saturday night dinner, Sunday morning breakfast and of course BBQ lunch provided.
Each student will receive a complimentary Swag Bag.
The cost of the class is $600 per person, $400 spouse/teammate.
Class is limited to 30 people, first come first serve.
Class starts Saturday, December 7 @ 3 PM and ends Sunday, December 8 @ 2 PM or until all questions are answered
