I know the 1st place category teams got the $800 and 5th place paid $200 both as advertised.

3rd place was short $25.

Great contest and great series. These folks know how to run competitions and get the money to follow. The Bass fisherman were competing for a 300k+ purse. On top of that, manufacturers were matching money.

This year the ABA was trying BBQ. We all got to mingle with them a lot. From what they said, things went well. They are looking for bigger things for the BBQ side next year. Could be multiple ABA BBQ series in different regions of the country.

I haven't heard anything. I sent an email to Tana last night as well. Not too worried about $25, but want them to know anyway.
