Willy--Chad and I are committed to the Key Largo event and really do not have the extra $$--sorry.

Sounds like a great event and would be a blast!

Looked at the map--only 404 miles for me!
Ya need a dishwasher?

It sure would be fun but like Tim says, $$$ talks. We're still paying off the last "sure was nice to be here" cookoff!!

Hope you have a great weekend and make a payday out of it! :D

Best of luck to you and the team! I'm glad you're able to get back out and get in the fray of things!

Had a great time. But,I'm pooped.Sold 500lbsof pork,84 slabs of ribs,85lbs of brisket,25 chickens. The contest was moved to dowtown and made for a good festival atmosphere.Put it on your calander for next.We finished 9th overall. As long as we're in the top 10 I'm always happy.Finished 3rd in chicken,23rd ribs(Ribs were'nt tender enough.Good flavor just tough),13th pork(my achilles heel),and 5th in brisket. The plaques that they gave away were awesome.Had little bbq pits on them.
