That looks awesome, beautifully done!
If you haven't used skirt steak for tacos, I highly recommend it over flank. It's a lot more tender, and with the marbling is quite juicy.

OMG! I love those tacos, I actually thought it was the post that you did with the chuckie, and was going to take some notes how to do those tacos.
skip that, I'm going to get some RUB and do this version instead.
