cooked on it a few times now its a sweet little cooker, the outside shell is really thin other than that im happy with it eh!
 
just to confirm capacity it will easily do 18 racks of baby backs flat
 
i also cant see not buying another backwoods
 
Very nice! I have seen some pics with the party fully loaded and it can handle a lot! Congrats! :)
 
What kind of temperature difference do you from too rack to bottom rack on these cabinet style smokers?
 
It doesnt seem to have a major temp difference end to end, i havent measured it but i have cooked on pits with 100 deg difference end to end. Todays cook 2 slabs of ribs when i processed the hog i trimmed the ribs higher up so the whole slab is bones, they are a combo of side and back ribs

Nothing says party like a Backwoods party!

BTW - those walls are not as thin as you might think - I had an outside temp drop of 25 degrees with rain and mine just chugged along as if nothing happened.
 
5 hr mark pretty much done just gota dry em up abit
