Just built another UDS this morning. Burned it off with the "weed burner" torch. Takes a while but works good!
Doing a test burn as we speak. All plugs out it is running at about 460 degrees! A little too hot for butt cooking!!!!!!!!!!

This is drum # 12! I have 4 myself and have given the others away.
I get calls weekly about cooking questions!

Only way to go!
