Having been inspired by brother KC's fantastic braised short ribs :hungry
as seen here http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=168752), I figured I'd fire up the smoker to satisfy the hankering his cook put in my belly. As luck would have it, I had a few packs vacu-sucked and frozen for just such an occassion. After a bright and early cold water thaw in the sink, I ended up with these beauties.
I picked up an A-MAZE-N tube smoker a while back to supplement the mild amount of smoke produced by the Traeger, so I filled her half way up and on she goes.
Then I tossed the rubbed shorties on for a slow bask in the sweet blue. :thumb:
