Way to go Tom and Christy!!! How do you cook a whole hog on 'the girls'?
I read this on the train into work this morning... I don't know if I was just too sleepy or just hadn't had my first cup of coffee, but I was sitting there thinking.... This could work....We got an old claw foot bath tub and lined the 3 WSMs up in it & hung the hog over them on a shower rod. The renderings went through the drain and were pumped through the shower head to continually baste the hog as it cooked.:-D
OR we rented a Meadow Creek PR60:roll:
it's all kinda fuzzy...
