I just wanted to let everyone know who lives in and around southeast Kansas that we will be holding a Certified BBQ Judging Class on April 18, 2009 from 10 AM to 2 PM at Yates Center, Kansas. For more information you can call 620-625-2233 or email [email protected] The cut off date for this class is April 11th. You can also check out our web site for our 1st Annual Hay Capital BBQ Cook Off and Bike Show on July 10th and 11th, which has a map and gives directions to Yates Center. Thank you
