Rubbed some Simply Marvelous Pecan rub on some Costco rib chops.
Then hot & fast smoked them with Kingsford Comp and pecan chunks.
My daughter won't eat pork so I rubbed a chicken breast with Stubbs chicken rub. The chops were crazy good. I slathered some roasted rasberry and chipotle grilling sauce on some of the chops. I preferred the chops without the sauce. I was concerned about the amount of sugar in the pecan rub but they came out great. They were so good I forgot to get a pic of the finished product.
