I'd like to hear folk’s thoughts on the topic. I'd like to hear from competitors, caterers, and back-yard enthusiasts.

I'm curious if one smoker/cooker will rise to the top or if the views on the subject are as diversified as any other topic in Q.

Let's pretend for this academic exercise that cost/size etc. is irrelevant.

Post your opinions!

I'd keep the Keg I've got. It's incredibly versatile, doesn't waste any lump if I just want to do something small, and having a big fancy rig wouldn't make sense for a backyard enthusiast.

+1 on the Keg. Steaks last night and doing pulled pork overnight for lunch and dinner tomorrow. Very versatile.

stumps all :thumb:the way. easy temp control, cheap on fuel, sleep all nite, can cook a lot of meat at one time even on the baby, even temps including hot spots. man i could go on and on

Only one! Oh, alright, Meadow Creek PR60T would do nicely.

My Bubba Keg or a BGE. They can do it all.

BGE or Kamado Joe. Big long cooks, small short cooks, lots of lump, a little lump. Versatility!
