the chili thread got me jonesing for a brisket chili so i had to smoke 1 first.it was too late to slice.

Great looking brisket. Nothing better than getting more than one thread from a cut of meat.

Looking good! Do you always use that large of chunk of wood when you cook?
 
that was 1 of the "pucks" i was cutting the other day. 1 or 2 works for an hour or so w/out tending.:-D btw thats bradford pear.
