Here is a great TELL ALL class for a great price!

Competition BBQ Boot Camp 1 day class
We are excited to bring together some elite Pitmasters for a 1 day, Competition BBQ boot camp. Class will be held at Triple Play BBQ, 186 W Jefferson St, Franklin, IN 46131 on March 18th. Each Pitmaster will instruct their own category showing everything from meat selection, trimming, injections, seasonings, pre and post cook process and finishing with box presentation. This is a tell all class with no questions going unanswered. Class will start at 7am and will conclude around 5pm.
Cost will be $350 per person, $250 for team mate, and $150 for spouse. Class will be limited to 30 people (may be able to do accommodate more depending on interest.) Deadline for entry is March 11th.
Here are just some of the accomplishments for each team.
Big JTs Smokin BBQ (James Tindell) Brisket
- Since 2014
o 33 Top 10 finishes, 4 GCs, 4 RGCs, 10 180s, 112 Top 10 category calls with 64 Top 5 calls
o 180 at the American Royal Open
o Member of the 700 Club
PB&Js BBQ (Bert Skippy McLain) - Pork
- Since 2014 (2nd year competing)
o 10 Top 10 finishes, 2 GCs, 2 RGCs, 41 Top 10 category calls with 20 Top 5 calls
o Michigan Jack Draw 2016
o Runner up in the GLBBQA Team of the year - 2016
Thunder Hog BBQ (Bill Maegerlein) Ribs
- Since 2014
o 32 Top 10 finishes, 5 GCs, 5 RGCs, a 180, 103 Top 10 category calls with 15 1st place category wins
o 3rd Overall at the 2016 Jack Daniels Invitational
o Member of the 700 Club
Firehouse Smoke (Jim Miller) - Chicken
- Since 2014 (first year competing)
o 12 Top 10 finishes, 1 GC, 2 RGCs, 42 Top 10 category calls with 39 being Top 5 calls
o 21 top 10 chicken calls in 26 total contests
o #1 in KCBS in 2016 for Chicken for teams with under 15 contests
Yellow River BBQ (Jeff Sharp) Special guest floating multiple tidbits of knowledge about mindset during competitions and various things about each category. Jeff and Shelly have amassed 12 Grand Championships, 12 180s, 5 700s and too many to count category wins. We are extremely excited to have him join us.
