I amaze myself everytime i cook on a smoker. Low and Slow Baby!

Pig shooters, next time ill back off/cut out the brown sugar. The agave honey gave it a very sweet taste on its own. 225 90 minutes

Chicken bombs done. 225 for 2 hours
