Basic Brisket Tutorial (pron heavy)

You have convinced me to try a brisket. From all the talk, I was a bit nervous.
I feel good about doing it now.
Thanks for taking the time t do this excellent write up.
There should be a section for Basic How To" and this should be in it.

Fantastic tutorial! I love brisket but it has always intimidated me. I love the step by step approach with fantastic illustrations! Well done. I'll be bookmarking this cook!

SWMBO wasn't wild about me being tied up for 9 - 10 hours but she even admitted it was well worth it

Haven't ever seen this thread, so thanks for bumping it. Got me wanting to run out and buy a brisket
