You must cook Waygu:biggrin:........My $20 briskets whoop ass. We lost with a tie breaker!!!! Waygu sucks.....I cook IBP choice.
 
Oh...it would be nice to see a good brisket for a change....I went 3 places this morning.....I didn't see a one I liked.....dame flats are about 3/8" thick....what is up with that?
 
I am somewhat fond of the 45 day old IBP Primes in my "brisket fridge"...up for a little Brethren Brisket side action?:tongue:

Much like the basket ball pools I am about to get in next week ... I will donate my hard earned $20 to the pool. But the tie breaker must be who every drank the most Crown through out the weekend.

Perhaps you already know but:

Ocean County Pig Assassins is now Jacked Up BBQ. I was simply pointing out that the lost to Jack's Old South in Brisket (in a tiebreaker) but won the contest.

Meat@Slim's did not make the trip to Deleware for national TV.
