It looks like there's actually $13,400 in cash plus a trip that must be worth $3600 for the GC.

That's the fuel cost one way, not roundtrip right ?

Tim, water will be available near each site and electric, believe app states 30 amps. We are right in the middle of downtown nashville with pleanty to do and see.

Same weekend as Yardley PA, you would do all of that extra driving?

I think I know how much cash there is now but I'll wait for confirmation.
