Sitting here waiting on some storm we are suppose to get. I decided to kill some time and smoke a turkey breast [used my safe ]. I used Yardbird rub and oak mixed in with briquettes @325-350 degrees.

Got one just like it in the freezer. Makes me want to defrost it for this weekend. Good job!
 
Looks farkin delicious. Enjoy the two feet of snow this weekend. Gonna be 65 degrees down here in SC Saturday!
