Finally got the mini done, and it works great. Used it in a comp a few weeks ago for chicken. Then twice already this week.
Made stuffed loin for mothers day and stuffed peppers on Tuesday.
It might be my new best friend!
We also got our new banner, what do you think?

Cool banner. I would like to know the recipes for your stuffed loin and peppers. They look really good to me.

Thanks guys. The pork loin was stuffed with apples, onions, green onions, ham, and bacon. Then topped with butter.
The peppers have cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, colby jack cheese, ham, green onion, bacon, grilled chicken and garlic.

Got them from a grease plant I use to work at. They discontinued the product and gave away about 1000 new clean drums. I still have about 6 of them left.
