Surf-n-Turf Plus, Lots of pRon

couple years ago I spent 6 months working in India and ate prawns regularly.I love them but since I got back home I cant find them anywhere.Those look amazing.
 
Nice cook, Code3rrt, I, too, loved the way you sauteed the mushroom and then used the sauce to marinate the prawns in spices. I don't eat prawns but I would like to use that method on chicken or turkey. I also love the way you did the onion, love a carmelized onion! :nod:
