It is a rainy cool day here and I decided to do some Sunday Slow Cooked Dry Rub Pork Ribs on the Grill Dome today...have been at 270 F for the last four hours ...dropping back to 225 F for the next hour or so!!!
Looking forward to supper tonight ...No matter the weather a BBQ day is a GOOD day!
