Subject line is my question and hope for some new ideas.

In the past, I have taken sub rolls, hamburger buns, etc... and quick froze them and then vacuum seal. I use the manual sealing button to stop the vacuuming short of completely crushing the bun. It works ok, but just wonder if anyone else has any tips or ideas.

Thanks!

That is exactly what I do when Mrs Kapn goes "Bonkers" at the bakery 8)
Works fine for us.
Don't know of a better way.

Cool! Thanks for the replies. I have some of the containers, but they take up too dog-gone much room. BTW, the do work good for quick marinating of food stuff.

Got the steak rolls in the freezer now and just going to do it the old fashion way. :biggrin1:

Thanks!
