Lobster Prep vid

Here's the final state of the lobster, prior to grilling:

i didn't crack the claws until after, as they already were able to 'breathe' enough.
 
And, yes, it's Etta... I liked the 'At Last' addition to the end of the lobstah!
 
FatDad, it's right over the flame in a 2 zone fire... claws over the hotter part to start, for 4 minutes, meat side down for 2-3 minutes, then over for 4 more, flip the claws for 3-4 more minutes. I put the butter on the halves as soon as they're turned over.
