Is lookin for wood to cook with.
Hey guys,
I found this site about 2 weeks ago, and all i can say is wow. The wealth of knowledge and willingness to help is awesome.
I started getting serious about my bbq when my parents brought me a grill that had one side gas and one side charcoal, by Chargriller ( i think ).
My dad was always a gaser and wondered why I prefered to use wood and charcoal, and like to cook my ribs for 5 hours compared to his boil ribs first then grill em for 10 min.
I'm in the middle of making my first UDS and can't wait to give it a go, hopfully this weekend.
I'm around the chicago area, Lockport to be exact so hopfully I can meet a few brethren in the near future.
