OK Im back for a little bit... after being gone for a BIG bit....
you know.. life and all that
Ive been hankering to maybe make some corned beef from a full size brisket, not those tiny little premade one that are hardly big enough to make it through one dinner.
Wish I had more time to actually smoke more... or any really
