My take on Fast Food Ribs...

Wait, this isn't a movie review. :redface:

First thing I thought was to use Slim Jims or similar beef sticks as the bones. They'd be more like real rib bones.

I could totally see an Italian "Rib" sandwich, with pepperoni sticks, Italian sausage, marinara, provolone...

I can't get this stuff outta my head!:shock:
 
But, did the rack pass the bend test? And, where is the smoke ring?

Looks great.....perhaps if you had used a "Foil Hat" on them while
they rested; they might have pulled clean from the bone.:boxing:

They look really good that way, but if I could have it my way, I'd have them fuzzy! :becky:
