Oh, I also don't believe categories are a huge problem. I do like general categories, thus the attempted "Master Series", but what draws people here and makes it fun is picking and cooking unique things. So...other than maybe a Caveman category, there is basically no such thing as a dud. When participation drops from a string of unpopular categories, without fail someone calls a great one. It has never required intervention.
Again, just my opinion after watching these things over 4 years now.
