Thanks for the kind words everyone. The pizza was the meal, the "sticks" are Christmas gifts. I roll out over a 1000 every year just before Christmas but I got a late start so many are going to have to be New Year gifts!! I get just over 5 dozen per batch and each batch takes about 4 hours from start to finish. To cut down on the time I'll mix up the dough for 2-4 batches the night before then start rolling and baking in the morning. The breadsticks in the pics are garlic & basil, I also just make plain breadsticks for those that can't handle the garlic.
