I've been up all night, have you? Or are you just getting up?

Might as well cook.

Minimally seasoned butt with a mop, ribs and MOINK later. This cook is for the dads. Hoping to duplicate the red butt.





I'll set the alarm and catch some zzzz on the hammock.
 
Looks good but I thought ninjas were never seen?
 
At 4:30 I was almost up. Got up and put a brisket on the Yoder.
 
Just got up. Only a small butt today. No need to have started it last night

What's the red butt?
