Went to BJ's for a few items today and somehow a 19 oz Porterhouse followed me home.

Got my Large going with some RO.



Rubbed the meat with Todd's Dirt, Kosher Salt and EVOO. On the grill at about 500°, along some shrooms.



And the plated picture...no room for other sides.
