Guys, I have seen some of your fatties in post now for a few years. Everytime I see one I think wow that looks aweseme, but never took the time to make one. WOW, I can't believe it took me so long to make this goodness.....
My wife had to go into town for a little while and she knew I was going to grill chicken. So while she was gone I made this and threw it on the grill. She was very suprised when I put it on the table. She said "wow what is that, it is beautiful and started taking pictures with her phone and sending them to family...lol
This is my first, but won't be my last fatty. I think it could have used a little more cheese, but other than that it was fun to make.
Thanks to all for your food pics and ideas. I am having alot of fun trying this stuff.
STARTED WITH ONION, GREEN PEPPER,AND GARLIC
GROGANS MILD SAUSAGE
ONIONS, GARLIC, PEPPER, AND MUSHROOMS ON
NOW FOR THE SHARP CHEDDAR
WEAVE THE BACON ON
ON THE GRILL WITH KINGSFORD AND APPLE WOOD
ALMOST DONE
REMOVED AT 180 INTERNAL AND BACON GOOD AND CRISP
DELICIOUS
