My wife and I will be there judging the MBN pros in the morning and then will both judge the Backyard "Ribs" in the afternoon at 2:00. Maybe we can look you up when we get done judging!

Best of luck!!! Practice your on-site speil, and remember cleanliness. On-site throws a whole different wrench in the works... I love it, but it's also a big pain. Hope you make finals, and then make sure you have a good 2 racks (for the 4 finals judges) ready to go.

I disagree! When judging ribs at either KCBS or MBN I look for ribs that aren't overcooked. Same bite.
