I'm finally getting ready to retire the old spit. I decided to go with a stumps platinum (6?) clone (see pic). I ordered a Stoker from Rock's. Kenny recommended a 10cfm fan, he say's because they are insulated that's all they need. I was happy not to spend any xtra $. But now I'm wondering about it. Can any of you brethren verify that the 10 cfm fan is sufficient for a smoker this size. I have limited time to work on it so it's going to be a few more weeks before it's cooking. I'll post all the pics when it's completed.
