Threw a Butt on last night at 8:00, didn't get to 200 until 2:00 this afternoon, but it was worth the wait!

Just put on my Primo.

Gads.....looks great.

I want to try a butt or brisket next on my drum.

Looks great how big a butt was it? You put it on 8pm and was at 200 at 2pm that's a long time.
 
That thang MUST have been huge!!! I'm sure it was awesome and well worth it!

My double cryovac weighed just over 18 lbs, so I am assuming around 9lbs. I did have my DigiQ in Ramp mode til I woke up(Ramp mode=Good Sleepy), and my Pit temp was 230. Wasn't Hogzilla, but on average my Butts have been taking about 14 hours.
 
Wow, 18 hrs is a long time...

But it looks like the wait was worth it.

Great looking piece of pork there. I'm sure it won't take as long to eat.
 
Just curious to know what the hang time was?

Thats a Hunk a Hunk a meat.............. looks good. :-D
