Todays cook was a pork tenderloin soaked in apple pie shine then rubbed down in some Money rub. One was finished in Texas Rib Candy and the other was finished in Blues Hog Tennessee Red. Plated up with with some of my carolina style slaw and Little Louies roasted red potatoes and green beans.

Big Poppa everything I have tried of yours has been great so far, Thanks for offering such good products for us to enjoy.

For everone who inquired about the sides here they are.

Little Louies Green Beans and Red Potatoes:
Fresh green beans
Red potatoes
Olive oil
Big Poppas Little Louies seasoning
Cut potaotes into 1/4s or 1/8s however you like

In a large bowl mix potatoes and green beans, coat in olive oil, season with Little Louies to your taste. Bake on 450 for 45-60 or until for tender. Pull out and sprinkle with more Little Louies.

Bada$$ Carolina Slaw
1 Head cabbage shredded or diced or 2 16 oz bags of slaw mix
1 cup fresh cilantro
2 cup White Sugar
½ cup White vinegar
½ cup Cider vinegar
½ cup Canoloa oil
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ table spoon crushed red pepper
1 diced jalapeno
2 diced Serrano peppers

You can really use whatever peppers that you would like.
In a large bowl take cabbage or slaw mix, and peppers and mix with the sugar. Set that bowl off to the side. In a pot combine the liquids and spices. Bring to a boil then pour over the cabbage sugar mixture. Mix it all up and refrigerate for 24 hours.

This is my go to slaw recipe. The one in the picture is a modified lazy version. I only like to use the bag slaw mix when im lazy and need a quick alternative to shredding a head of cabbage. The pictured slaw I cut all ingriendents in half and cut out the fresh peppers so the wife could eat it. I make mine early the day before and before I go to bed I drain most of the juice off to keep it crunchy for the next day.

Enjoy:thumb:

The beans and taters and pork were even 1 year old approved...my son who is already a BBQ addictdid work on them.
