Foo foo or not, I love cabbage and could make a nice little cabbage wrap with that. The parsley I probably wouldn't finish though...:becky:

Foo Foo or not its was one of the best butts Ive smoked. Smoked with plum wood.

Looks good, but how about surrounding it with coleslaw instead? You won't get that much height as you do with the greens but at least people will grab both the slaw and the pork. Just an idea

BBQ is the new Foo-Foo, no really. There are more and more weddings that are going with BBQ for the food. And yet, they want the linens, china, crystal etc...but, BBQ for the food.
