BBQ Brethren "By Brethren for Brethren" Throwdown

In the continuing saga of Fatties of the World, I had a golden opportunity to make a Latin Fattie. I began with some country-style ribs that I smoked with some Aleppo and ancho pepper

I broke these up and mixed the chunks with some sauteed onions and peppers. I pulled out my Fattie Piston, and loaded it up:

I rolled out the sausage and emptied the filling

I rolled it up and seasoned with Foil Hat Rub, then cooked it low and slow on my Frogmat:

I served this on a bed of rice and quinoa with a red ale:

That looks great. But, I'm wondering if you used the same bottle of rub as Gore, if you should both only get half credit for using that Brethren product. :p
