We Smokin' Ribs in this Martha Farker

I don't cook in competitions, but I do have a competition with myself everytime I cook. My goal is always to do better than last time. These ribs won that competition for me.

Great color! No wrap?

I smoked for 3 hours, wrapped for 1 hour, smoked for 1 hour with sauce. Bbq pics are goofy as hell. My outddor finished pics look like the ribs are covered in spaghetti sauce. The indoor finished pics look burned. I guess I need to hire a lighting coordinator for my Brethren posts.:mrgreen:

Haha!:laugh: we had a houseful today and a bunch of the kids don't eat bbq. I know, I know. I can't whoop the kids......but I can whoop their parents.:clap2:
