Thanks for the kind words. If you want any tips just ask. Its honestly the easiest thing you can do., its probably anti BBQ since you cook as fast and as hot as possible. You just need a set of brass Balz to throw some meat to the coals.

My Wife don't want a steak done any other way after trying this. I made them for my Inlaws out on the river a few weeks back. The comment was " Thanks, I will never forget that as long as I live". Pretty high praise as far as I am concerned.
