I love sliced pork...how do I do it?
Pork butt? Let it cool and slice it?
Different type of pork?

Mostly do pulled pork, but we used to have a BBQ placed that served sliced pork sandwiches and I'd love to have them again...
 
I like pork loin sliced, cook it to 135 and let it rest tented in foil and let carryover finish it. I trust you have your knife safety card from the boy scouts
 
I've wondered this as well... really thin sliced pork bbq sandwiches.. reminds me of the Ridgewood or Pardners in the True-Cities of TN. Good stuff. I wonder if they have a deli slicer?
